Tutorial 1 Part 5: 師弟とは？⇒
This post is for those who chose 転職するわけない! (I don't need to change my Job!) in the previous tutorial and are now doing the [自由人ぶらり旅] tutorial event.
As mentioned in the previous tutorial guide, you can still change your class if you change your mind after making your choice; in fact the other Job-Change tutorials will still be available even after you have completed this tutorial.
However, an important thing to take note is that if you change your job after completing this event, the Navi Rewards for both [自由人ぶらり旅] and whichever Job-Change you have gone for will not be available. The [自由人ぶらり旅] option will be replaced by the Job-Change event that you've completed and said event will be marked "Finished" (完了) instead, denying you the Navi Reward.
To go around this, you must claim the Navi Reward for this event before going for your Job-Change. You'll still lose the Navi Reward for the Job-Change event, but since the Navi Reward for this event and the Job-Change events are the same: 1 x Item Drop Enhancer (Beginner) (アイテムドロップふえーる（ビギナー)), this really doesn't matter anyhow.
If you have started on but not completed this event, and have decided to change your Job instead, then good. Abandon this event and go straight for the Job-Change event. The penalty only applies if you complete both this and the Job-Change events, so you'll still receive the Navi Reward from the Job-Change event (the [自由人ぶらり旅] option will disappear along with the other Job-Change event options after you have changed your Job). As for the Book of the NEETS, it'll be returned to Joker Bro if you speak to him again after completing your Job-Change.
Now that I've gotten this disclaimer out of the way, let's continue with the walkthrough =3.
Tutorial #4a: 自由人ぶらり旅
Navi reward: Item Drop Enhancer (Beginner) (アイテムドロップふえーる（ビギナー))
Start this event by double-clicking it from the Navigation Window:
Your first (and arguably only) task is to use the Book of
So to begin, use the Book in front of Joker Bro:
Next, head up the stairs beside the Cafe, and repeat this with the Newbie Guide found close to the eastern end of the East Movable Bridge...
Note: For people new to the Japanese servers, the East Movable Bridge and Uptown are the so-called bazaar areas where most players set their golem shops. For the East Movable Bridge, it is notoriously laggy especially for folks with poor to so-so connections, so you may want to turn off the option to see golems on-map, like what I've done here for this tutorial (in the third tab in Options, set the first option to "非表示").

Next, return to Joker Bro and talk to him:
The Navigation Window will close at this point and you'll receive your reward for completing the event: a Base Experience Enhancer 50 (Beginner) (経験値ふえ～る 50 （ビギナー)) and a Tiny's Secret Storage Technique (Beginner) (タイニー秘伝収納術（ビギナー)). The Book of the NEET will also be returned to Joker Bro now that you have no more use for it.
And there you have it, event cleared! Very simple, isn't it? For your next course of action:
A) If you wish to continue down the arduous path of the Perma-Novice and achieve Jokerhood (one day, in the future), continue on to the next tutorial event [師弟とは？].
B) If you have second thoughts about staying a Novice until at level 100 and would like to follow a different path, retrieve your Navi Reward for this event first before moving on to one of the following Job-Change guides (work still in progress~):
For Swordsmen, Fencers, Scouts or Archers: Fighter Job Change Quests
For Wizards, Shamans, Vates or Warlocks: Spelluser Job Change Quests
For Tatarabe, Farmers, Rangers or Merchants: Backpacker Job Change Quests
