Short guides to new (to us) Ohanami events

As what the title says, this post will attempt to help folks with the new Ohanami events that were added in 2012 and 2013.

Before we start, I would recommend preparing the following items before you start:

- 10 Sakura Seeds (さくらの種)
- 70 Sakura Mochi (さくらもち)

For those totally new to ECO's Ohanami events, both items can be found off the Sakura Pururus, which are found in the following maps:

- Acronia Forest
- Fareast Street
- The Farm at Fareast Street
- East Cape
- Lake Utena

To attack them you must equip the Toy Gun and cork bullets rented/bought at the Shooting Gallery (射的屋)  in Fareast Street, 300G for 30 bullets.

With this in mind, let's move on to the actual guides~

Guide #1: 消えたさくらもち (The lost Sakura Mochi) (added in 2012)

Step 1: Speak to the Hanami Attendant (花見係員) at Fareast Street. She will ask if you can help her with an errand. Choose the first option (いいよ) to accept her request:
She will then explain that every year during this period of time, sakura mochi would be delivered various parts of the land. However this year, she hasn't received any notice from the North on whether the mochi has reached them or not, and so she wants you to go there and find out what's the matter.

Step 2: Head over to Cape Northerin and speak to the Guard as shown below. You'll be told that the mochi hasn't arrived yet:

Step 3: Speak to the Hanami Attendant again. You'll be asked to look for the person responsible for the delivery, a red-haired guy named Bring (ブリング. Gundam 00 ref? lol). You'll find him hiding between the
buildings in East Cape (apparently this fellow lost the package and is trying his best not to be found...):
You'll be asked whether to tell on him or not. Either choice is fine:

Step 4: Speak to Bring again. If you have 50 Sakura Mochi on you, he'll beg you to give to him so that he can do his job (and escape the wrath of the Attendant). Choose the first option (あげる) and send him on his way:

Step 5: Report to the Attendant after this. She'll reward you with a 頭乗せメジロ (Head-nesting Mejiro, Head Accessory, one per character).

Guide #2: 孤高の鍛冶屋 (The Aloof Blacksmith) (added in 2013)

Step 1: Speak to the Aloof Blacksmith as shown below. He ask if you could lend him a hand. Choose the first option (協力する):

The Blacksmith explains that he wishes to work on a weapon that would be blessed by the Kami of the Sakura trees, and would like you to help him gather 10 Sakura Seeds (さくらの種) and 20 Sakura Mochi (さくらもち). The Sakura Seed symbolises the original state of the Sakura Tree and that without them this weapon cannot be completed. As for the mochi... Here the Blacksmith declines comment o3o

Step 2: Once you've gotten everything he asked, speak to the Blacksmith again and choose the first option (素材を渡す):
The first thing he does is OM NOM NOM NOM the Sakura mochi.....

So that's what they're for, huh... =____=

After his meal, the Blacksmith gets to work and completes his latest masterpiece, the Cherry Blossom Spear Sakuya (Two-Hand Spear). Which he gives to you (one per character), as the joy of crafting the Spear alone is all that he needs:

The Spear doesn't have any special effects attached but it's still a beautiful weapon <3

After this, if you speak to the Blacksmith again, he will offer to tell you about an old legend about the Sakura Tree =3
