Yeah seems like only people who charged points need to register a phone number. if you havent done anything, you wont be prompted to auth phone number. (The process requires you to receive a phone call from gungho and pressing numbers on the keypad OTL)

Wait, it appears that it's only necessary for those who have bought coins with their IDs. Casual players are ok, apparently.
