2014 Autumn event! With DFC~ 黒羽の矢が立つ芸術祭

So following Spring's Minnie and Summer's Loki events, we now have the Autumn event fea. DFC! All hail! \o/

That said, this event has a tight schedule. So let's get down to business quickly. Also, be reminded that all timing stated here follows Japan Standard Time.



Step #1: Go to Downtown and talk to Darkfeather. You'll be asked to help the Aspiring Writer beside her  gather interesting topics (gossip, rumors, the sort) for his book:

Step #2: You'll need to talk to three Alma Monsters for your topics: Automedic, Balulu and White Familiar. Automedic is in Downtown near the Cafe, Balulu at Uptown behind the southern Guild Merchant and White Familiar in North Acronia Plains near the Guild Merchant:

You need to talk to them twice on your first visit to each of them. The very first dialogue is a greeting of sorts; the actual contents come after once you have that out of the way.

What you hear from them depends on when you talk to them. Each AlmaMon has 2~3 topics to share every week, up to a total of 10 (Balulu) or 11 (Automedic, White Familiar). Each topic gives points (1, 3 or 5) and you will be rewarded according to the number of points accumulated. More on this later.

The topics are colored according to the number of points they give. Orange = 5, yellow = 3, the rest = 1. You'll also notice that a lot of topics only stay up for a few days. For example, Automedic's Topic 5 would be up between 23rd ~ 25th Oct. After that, it would be replaced by Topic 6 until 29th Oct.

If you've heard that topic before, you'll be asked if whether to listen to it again or not:

Option #1 to listen again, option #2 to refuse.

Step #3: To get the rewards for your gossip, talk to the Aspiring Author:

Option #1: Share your gossip, once for each topic. Sharing a topic will get you points as well as a free transport to any one location that you can get to with the Time-Space Key E. Of course, you can refuse the offer by choosing option #2 twice as shown below (note that the free trip is offered only once per topic shared. If you refuse the offer, you'll need to share a new topic for another free trip):

Option #2: Check total points accumulated for this week:

感謝BOX = Random reward, including Element King pages, Pegasus, Jewel Gold, etc
ブランクイリスカードＲ = Blank IRIS card R
ブランクイリスカードＳＲ = Blank IRIS card SR

You can claim your reward if you have enough points. For example, if you have 10 points, you will get 2 x 感謝BOX and 1 x Blank IRIS card R.

Each reward can only be claimed once per week. If you have 10 points now and had previously claimed the reward for 3 points, you will get the remaining rewards, aka 1 x 感謝BOX and 1 x Blank IRIS card R.

In short, you will get 3 x 感謝BOX, 1 x Blank IRIS card R and 1 x Blank IRIS card SR if you have 16 points before next maintenance.

The duration of each week is as follows:

Week #1: 23rd Oct (Thu) post maintenance ~ 29th Oct (Wed) 23:59

Week #2: 30th Oct (Thu) 00:00 ~ 5th Nov (Wed) 23:59

Week #3: 6th Nov (Thu) 00:00 ~ 12th Nov (Wed) 23:59

Week #4: 13 Nov (Thu) 00:00 ~ 20th Nov (Thu) pre-maintenance.

Option #3: Check total points accumulated for this month (aka event duration):

すごく感謝BOX = Random reward, including Bubus.
ベビードラゴ = Baby Dragon
ジュエルゴールド = Jewel Gold

You can check your month total any time you like but you can only claim the rewards during Week #4.

Option #4: Do nothing. Duh.
